Geo Farms very selectively accepts sale and transaction management mandates from leading agri businesses in CEE and Russia, particularly Romania. Our broad transaction management experience allows us to successfully complete even the most complex transactions, i.e. complicated debt structure, bankruptcy, etc. For instance, by the end of 2015 Geo Farms successfully sold Romania’s largest trading firm for seed, fertilizer and agro-chemicals to a corporation listed on the London stock exchange, following an 18-months transaction process.
